PBT fiber has the following features:

1.PBT fiber has good durability,dimensional stability and good flexibility,and the elastic is not affected by moisture.PBT fiber and its products has good soft feel,moisture absorption,good abrasion resistance and fiber crimpiness,tensile elasticity and elasticity of compression is wonderful,the elastic recovery rate is better than that of polyester.Under the condition of dry and wet state,PBT fiber has special scalability,and the elastic is not affected by ambient temperature change,the price is far lower than the polyurethane fiber.

2.PBT fiber has good dyeing properties,it can make normal atmospheric pressure boiling dye using the common disperse dye without carrier.Dyed fibers has bright color,good color fastness and chlorine resistance.

3.For a long time,in view of PBT fiber strength is not very high, and dark dyeing technology development lags behind,so until the 1990 s,PBT fiber re-enter some foreign producers (including toray, teijin,Hoechst,etc.)development list
