The characteristics of PBT fiber

The structure of molecular of PBT fiber not only has aromatic nucleus same as it in polyester,but also has long Methine chain segment same as it in nylon.thus PBT fibre has polyester's good mechanical properties of polyester and nylon's good softness and abrasion performance,and its dyeability is better than PET and Nylon yarn,can be dyed in boild water at normal pressure by disperse dyes without any carriers.The largest feature of PBT fiber is it has good stretch recovery,its crimp elasticity is good,elongation is close to spandex,both are 40-50% higher than PET and spandex.The elasticity of normal polyester and and nylon is entrusted by twisting and texturising,they are energy elasticity.the fabrics made of them are not plump and with cold feeling .And PBT's elasticity is entrusted by the stretch of its molecular structure.Moreover,PBT fiber has good rigidity,make fiber fluffy.Besides the good suface rigidity,it has good conformality.
